Help with identifying Nubus Network card

Hi,

I got the following Nubus network card:



Does someone know which model it is? Can't find anything about this one online, the closest match is a Farallon PN590 which has a extremly similar PCB layout but nontheless differs.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't suppose anyone happens to have a driver for this NuBus ethernet card?


I've had a search around for anything relating to its markings like SSI Nubus A1 and SSI NB128 but without much luck, and I've tried some other drivers just to see if they happened to work, but to no avail!
