Help identifying Micron card

I found this Micron card for (presumably) a SE/30 in a box of various Mac parts I got as part of a beige Mac lot, and I think it might be the famous Xceed Color30 with internal grayscale support but I'm genuinely not sure, so I took the best pictures I possibly can. If it is the one...can I get the neck board and wiring harness still? I know someone was making new ones.

It has the 12-pin connector, and has the Gambler ASIC chip in the upper right, so it most likely is the Color 30HR with the higher resolution options, but you may have to double check that.

CRT neck boards are manufactured, but in low numbers.

there are some designs for homebrew assembly ou there....
I almost went this route - I had gotten some of the required parts and came close to sending an order off for the boards, but then I scored an original vintage one at an acceptable price. I'm pretty sure that I got a better price on mine than they had previously been going for, because the neck boards had become more available.
