I've been trying to figure out how to get the desktop version of the BlueSCSI mounted, while bringing the SD card interface outside the Mac SE/30's case, and this was my solution. The AUI interface on my Asante MacCon is a daughter board, so I simply removed that daughter board and ran an extension SD adapter outside the case through the resulting hole left by the D-shell connector. At some point I may modify the hole for the AUI interface so that the SD card extender fits in the hole. Currently it's just mounted up there with double-sided tape.
