My G4 cube has red light when i turn on. Seller sent a video of it turning it on before they shipped it. It got banged up during shipping and now when i turn on it wont boot up and all i get is red light. After i do the PMU Reset the power light flashes white and wont go to solid white. But after i turn off and turn back on it goes to solid white. I did reseat the RAM, GPU and CPU. Someone on reddit suggest to check VRM but i am not sure what to do there. I will do the recapping if i have to rule that out but wanted to check if something else might be happening here.
