Floppy format games onto BlueScsi?

So I setup a bluescsi and I'm struggling to load software onto it beyond the OS. Is there a way to get floppy images into the OS without using the floppy drive or floppy emu?

What machine are you trying to do this on? Native machine, or a modern one? How are you trying to accomplish this, actual disks or images? What exactly is going wrong?
