Floppy Drive Lubrication Guide?

I've decided it would probably be a good idea to grease up the drives in my SE and SE/30, but I don't know how to do it. I remember seeing a very helpful guide posted in another thread, but I didn't save it at the time...does anyone have a guide on hand? I vaguely know what I need to do but having nice pictures to follow will help ensure I don't break 3 drives.

I always lubricate the eject gears and motor as well. Its not in the guide, but you should do it.

I've lubricated the eject gears, but not the actual motor. How do you do that?
