Yep, what you said. The first two are the same card, I think. Unless the Sonnet card was the 320 instead of the 340, but it was definitely a Villagetronic card under Sonnet's name.In my list of coveted video cards are:

I believe the Sonnet card is just a rebadged Villagetronic.
The VRAM card doesn't affect Logic Board video at all.When you say "VRAM Card," are you saying the PDS Card disables/enhances MoBo Video? :?:
