Driver needed: OrangeLink 400 FireWire PCI Board

I´m looking for the Mac OS 8.6 drivers Orange Micro once provided for their two port FireWire 400 PCI cards. While Mac OS 9.1 up to 9.2.2 seem to recognize that one without additional drivers I could need the ones for 8.6 which were provided by an additional CD contained in the packaging.

Apple's FW 2.3.3 drivers work with my Orange Micro card:

Not sure what Orange originally shipped on that CD, though.
