Does anyone know where I can get 1 MB DRAM Simms, at 150 ns, 30-pin, non-parity, non-composite with 9 Siemens - HYB511000B-60 chips on them?

That's oddly specific, what are you using them in?

9 chips usually means 'with Parity' and '-60' would mean 60ns parts. Pictures or what you need them for would help.
