Descending lines on SE display

My SE's display produces lines at the top of the display that slowly descend towards the bottom. I've looked through the Dead Mac Scrolls but did not find anything that is exactly the same. What am I dealing with here so I can fix it?

I will say bad contact.

Try poking around the Analog board and crt side with a wood stick with the rear cover removed.

Bad contact can also be a cracked solder joint; which can be invisible.

Next candidate would be a bad capacitor on the analog board.
