theres some good ones on ebay/etc in the first place so its a moot exercise to ever think of this for real cost-wise but..if for some reason someone was to want to recreate a new one for themselves, would this kind of sram had worked or theres more to the hardware interface than I thought there was?
(its 5V which does away with level shifters, and can be had at 10ns or 12ns grades which seem to correspond with 12ns and 15ns being mentioned in this cache benchmark thread)
