Create with retro68 a disk image that boots and runs the app when the disk is inserted (mac 128k)

I was wondering s it possible to create with retro68 a disk image that boots and runs the app when the disk is inserted?

Use the Finder's Set Startup command to set the initial application to run when the disk is booted. This startup application name is stored in the disk's boot blocks.
