Click to expand... I might be wrong... But looking at the related LC II schematics, I don't think it is connected to anything. The pads that don't go anywhere are the most prone to failing because they're not held there by a trace.

Looking at my other logic board in working condition, I couldn't see where it goes and I suspected whether it is connected anywhere. Thank you.
