Color Classic - Worth it?

Yea they are. I have an LC 550 with a Presto Plus. Its a nice machine but the CC would be more compact which is why people tend to love them. If the CC was a B&W machine nobody would want one, the SE/30 is better. Then again what do I know, people pay stupid money for Classic II compacts.

TAKKYfication is the only thing that ever really appealed to me about the CC. It's G3/TV-Tuner or nothing for that entire undersized CRT series as far as I'm concerned.

Dunno why, but some people love 'em to death without any of the goodies like IDE HDDs, USB and FireWire hooked up to a Tempo Trio with a side of VidCard for a real monitor!

You bids the money you'll readily hazard for the goodies ye wants and ya takes yer chances with the packers and carriers an' hopes for the best . . .

upgrade the mess out of it, and shove it in a Classic I or II to make it really "pop" lol.
