Color classic wont boot

What is wrong with the board and is it reparable. Crt can be heard charging up.

Quite a lot is possibly wrong with that. The battery has leaked and damaged stuff around it. All of the electrolytic capacitors need replacing. The VRAM SIMM may be damaged. U11 may need replacing. It all looks repairable but it will take some effort.

I agree with Joshc, a lot of work needed.

Probably weird things under the battery holder to start with
