Color Classic logic board C8 capacitor question

Greetings,
I have a Color Classic logic board that works fine. Everything functions as it should (as far as I have tested).
However, when I recapped it, I must've left the capacitor off the C8 location accidentally.
I was wondering if someone knew what it did and why my CC doesn't seem to need it to operate?
I haven't run this thing for hours so I'm not sure if there is some long term implication or damage from not having this capacitor in place.
I'm going to solder it on because every recap source tells me to, but what the heck?
Thanks

I don't have a photo of my board so I used this one from the world wide interweb to show the board location of C8.

if the color classic works without it, it's probably just a capacitor between one of the voltage rails and ground to make sure it isn't below a certain nominal voltage

Thanks.

Didn't know I hadn't installed it until I was cleaning up and found a tiny capacitor on the lip of my desk.
Usually, I check off each one from a list when installing, but got lazy. Not cool man.
