Color bleed to the right on a revision C iMac G3

Hey guys, I’m getting some color bleed to the right on an iMac G3 revision C. Do you think recapping the monitor chassis will help with this?

I collect and maintain vintage Arcade games so I’m capable of doing this. I didn’t know if there was any other weird problem that may be causing this since this is not an old-school monitor like I’m used to working on
