Classic II analog board corrosion--help?

My Classic II analog board had some really nasty electrolyte corrosion. It was non functional, and after recap a lot of solder mask just came off with an IPA wash. At least one pin (a resistor) has lost all the copper down to the fiberglass and needs to be bodged. And a large area where the solder mask is gone, and it looks like the copper is gone too. And there is a lot of pitting in the remaining copper on the right as well. Is this board salvageable? Mine is a 630-0525-D

Does anyone have any experience with the recreation board https://github.com/daanvdl/Classic-Analogboard-Late which is a 630-0525-A? Would it be better to move components to that? I really don't like the idea of bodges on a high voltage board.

Here's a picture where all the damage is:

I would just repair it, especially since you already recapped it. The ground plane looks intact but I would scrape around to make sure. I would scrape those blackened traces too. Then just wrap some wire around that disconnected pin, add some solder, and connect it to the trace. Then reapply solder mask, and you should be golden.

You can repair a few broken traces, and lay down fresh solder mask, but if the pins of the various integrated circuits have suffered significant corrosion as well, there might not be much you can salvage from that board.

Thanks all. I’m going to try to repair. Watching some of Branchus Creations videos there have been worse looking boards brought to life. Will report back.
