So I finally got to play some and put the motherboards I've had recapped forever in my machines. Both screen come on bright, both screens don't waiver, head phone jacks work on both units, the classic II sound works fine, but no such luck on the classic. I'll try and see if its a blown speaker, but since I have a stack of classic A/B boards something tells me this is common.
I was hoping the motherboard recaps would fix it all, but 50% is better than 0.
Now just need funds for caps.
