Casemod: PPC 8500

Yeah, I hadn't seen this one but I like it. Love that the Apple logo is showing the logic board components....rockin'! :D

Yeah, it's messed up. Apple's tower designs back then weren't open inside like a PC tower. They usually had a skeletal framework of some kind.

 
Hey, it's his machine. he can do whatever he wants to it.

I am planning a somewhat similar mod to my 8500.

 
please don´t do that to a NUBUS powermac...they´re muchh rarer than PCI ones. 8-)

Hmm.. I never really liked the PCI Power Macs, it's too hard to find RAM and a decent SCSI drive. I had several of those, and ditched them, went back down to Nubus and up to the G machines.
