cant create System 6.08 disk on Plus

Hi, I am clueless what's wrong. I am trying to create System 6.0.8 floppies using my 4 MB Plus with external hard disk running System 6.0.3.

I did transfer 4 self-extracting files  (SSW System 6.0.8 disk 1-4. sea 800k version), they worked perfectly with my Classic II, which no longer works. Every time I go through extracting process (it uses Disk Doubler software) it fails at the end showing "error: disk full". I have a lot of space on hard disk and I use 800 kB MF2DD floppies, which are successfully formatted as double sided. 

Any tips?

here's update. You need to self-extract to hard disk instead of floppy, save it as "disk1", then run Disc Copy 4.2, open image (disk1) and copy it to floppy. Works great!
