Can someone extract the README file from this NIC driver archive?

I've tried a lot of things on my Windows and Macbook Pro.  I've gotten the SEA file extracted but Stuffit expander tells me that it's a corrupt file.

Looks like it was a Stuffit 5.5 archive.  They always throw out errors about corruption or whatever if trying to expand them with Stuffit 4 or older.
