Can a LC 520 be converted into a 575?

I can tell you that it was not me, my money is tied up in my SE/30.

I have an LC 520 and have contemplated doing the exact swap you speak of. Already have all the parts (575mobo and rear plate). Only thing stopping me is the mobo is currently used in a Color Classic, and that machine takes up way less space on my desk that said, once I pick up a few of the older CD-ROM games I'll probably end up doing the swap.
