Building Pararena 2 from source

John Calhoun released the source code for a couple of his classic games on GitHub back in January, but I didn't see any howtos or mentions of other people successfully building them.

I made a walkthrough of how to build Pararena 2 inside Basilisk running on OS X:

And I haven't tried compiling/running on actual 68k hardware yet, although it's something I want to try out.
