Box o' mags

Actually got this about 3 years ago on ebay, 99p the lot. Brought them all home and stuffed em in a cupboard and forgot about them, until yesterday.

Have almost a full run of MacUser UK from 91, 92 and 93 (a bunch of which were still in the wrapper, unopened), then a chunk of 97, 98, and then a chunk of 2000. A handful of MacWorld issues from 91 too. Had a skim through the 93 mags, amazing how far we've come and ho cheap technology has gotten over the years since. Seriously, the prices in the ads will make your heads spin...

I love reading through the old Mac mags. It's a nice mix of nostalgia, triggered memories and new insight. I've got a bunch of MacAddicts that are a lot of fun to read every now and again.

I got a bunch of old MacFormat and MacUser mags a while back too. And I still have all my Amiga ones that I bought when I had my A500 and A1200. You're right about the prices! Crazy stuff.

Yeah, a friend of mine at work gave me a huge stack of mags from the late 90s early 2000s. You're right, the prices are insane. It's amazing people afforded this stuff. It does however kind of make you feel good when you score something on eBay really cheap knowing exactly what is used to cost!
