Depends on how badly scrunched. Metal withstands only a limited amount of reshaping before it breaks off. Paper clip is too crude, you would need a sewing needle held in a pin vise chuck or embedded in a stick, and a fine pointed curved tip tweezers, another straight tip tweezers and a way to firmly hold the connector face up in good light. Got to straighten it, curve it like the others, reshape the tip if necessary, bend the contact like a bow then tuck the tip back into the plastic notch. Difficult, and a bad repair could damage the computer motherboard mounted connector. Good to try the repair for fun and education but do not mate with the computer side unless you inspect the result under magnification and it looks smooth enough not to mash the computer connector.
