Beige G3: which personality card?

Hello all. I'm building a Beige Power Macintosh G3 from parts of a couple of machines. I ended up with two personality cards and am unsure which would be the better card to install. As I understand it, one is the Whisper (820-0972-A) and the other is a Whisper 2 (820-0922-A).

I can't locate a datasheet for either of these so I'm unsure which would be the better option to install. The 820-0972-A has AIO connectors which as far as I know have no use in the beige desktop. What is the smaller connector on the 820-0922-A for?

Not looking to do a USB mod at the moment, if I were going to do that, I think I'd track down a Wings or Bordeaux. I have a 2-port PCI USB card in it already. Sorry if this message is too off topic, but it seemed the only place I was seeing the discussion about these personality cards. Thanks for any information anyone has to offer.

The one labelled "AIO" is for connecting to the All in one Molar Mac - I assume it carries stuff like the front panel buttons, IR and headphone audio etc. The black connector on the same card with clips is basically the video connector for the Molar.

The connector on the other card is basically the same, but interfaces with the little IR/headphone/volume box that was in older Performas from the 630 to the 6500.

You're unlikely to use either.

The brown edge connector is basically for a modem.

Long and short - there is no practical difference.

I'd fit the one that doesn't have the footprint for the USB chip so you have the one that can be modified in hand if you ever decide to modify it.
