Apple IIc 4100 - Horizontal Tetris boot screen

Hi there,

Bad news tonight when trying my IIc which worked great 6 months earlier !

I do have a kind of Tetris horizontal boot screen !

the IIc is a 4100

I have tried today with another checked ROM 4X chip and the problem is the same.

5V voltage looks perfect on the Ram chips.

Have you tried removing the daughter ram board ? can be anything, including the processor.

yes I did.

In the end, you were right, the 6503 processor was dead for totally unknown reason yet !

That's a little surprising. Dead 6502s aren't unheard of, but it's definitely rare. Glad it's up and running though!
