Apple Hardware test CD? Powerbook G4

I have a powerbook G4.  This is the exact model that I have:

I have seen Apple branded Powerbook G4 hardware test CDs for sale on ebay and thought about buying one.
 
This apple CD says it is for a 12 inch G4 power book.  Will it work for me? It is version 2.0.2

Would any of the two CDs above work on my Powerbook?  My powerbook is running just fine I think.  Do the CDs fix anthing or just look at your hardware?

Based on a questionable random document I have here, it says 2.5 for the 2004 and 2005 Powerbook G4s. Here's a link to that, although you will need to burn it yourself. http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Hardware_Test/018-2120-A.dmg
