Apple Enhanced IIe Sold In Europe?

Anyone know if the IIe Enhanced was sold in Europe? Or was it simply the European IIe?

i have an Apple IIe enhanced with an azerty keyboard

(bought it from the first owner)

And it has the "enhanced" sticker over the power light next to the space bar? Or is it otherwise labeled "enhanced" (like on its regulatory label)?

The reason I ask is because the word "enhanced" is spelled completely differently throughout Europe, very few languages even starting the word with an "e". The same is not true of the word "Plus".
