Has anyone out there used a Rage XL in their PCI Power Mac? Thinking about picking one up for my 6400. They're dirt cheap on eBay. 8mb of vram isn't too bad. Before I pull the trigger, I though maybe someone had an opinion.

Does it have a Mac ROM?
I don't believe so. The XL is a cost reduced Rage II, which can be re-flashed AFAIK. Was thinking that would also be possible with the XL.
Save your money and look for a Radeon 7000 (flash over from PC), the "new" Chinese Rage XL cards are known to be super cheap and difficult to get working in many vintage PC. The performance is also sub par compared to a better quality card.
