Another Brand New iMac G3!!!

OK--a few years ago I got a brand new iMac G3. Never used, never opened.

Tonight, I'm going to have the chance to get another one. I'm going to have to make sure this is legit, but I'm going to head to the seller's place this evening.

If all checks out, I've got iMac #2, brand new in the box.

This time, I'll be using it as an actual computer, not just a display piece

Looks like an identical computer to what I have now--a blueberry 350MHz.

I may have to put the Plus away for now just to have room for it!!! Pretty exciting though--I do love these old multicolored Macs!!!

Sweet! I always worry about batteries though.

On a side note, my work once bought me an 8500 new. It was new old stock. Think it had not been made for about three years. It arrived with a bad cd drive. But since it was sold new by an apple authorized reseller, Apple cane on site for free to replace the drive!

New in the box is always great. Makes me wonder how this stuff never gets opened.

Awesome! I agree w/ Unity too....I'd be concerned about the battery as well.. Regardless, still an excellent find

Hey Scott - I forgot since this post, I picked up one too! The bag in side was well below zero (winter here). So I was able to "break" the seal without any damage. Then I removed the battery and I was glad I did - it was a red Maxell!! Mine is the second "5-Flavors" series in Blue @333Mhz.
