So I'm having an issue with one of my ADB II keyboards. One of the ADB sockets doesn't work. But it seems to not actually be the socket at fault. The ribbon cable is loose at the Keyboard PCB connector end.
Theres lateral movement of the cable. Pic below:

Connection of white socket is rock solid. Ribbon cable in socket flexes/moves.
Are the ribbon cables removable/replaceable or is it complete desolder of white socket in order to do so?
Keyboard works fine just this flex is moo.
Bought new ADB socket if necessary but it may be the ribbon is the issue.
Any and all input (ahem) appreciated.
