A2Server Virtual Box not starting under macOS 11

Hi everyone,

I just updated my Mac Mini to OS 11. Virtual Box is updated to the most recent version, 6.1.16. Upon attempting to start A2Server, I get the following messages:

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)

Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully.

where: suplibOsInit what: 3 VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED (-1908) - The support driver is not installed. On linux, open returned ENOENT.

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine A2SERVER-Plain.

The virtual machine 'A2SERVER-Plain' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).

I can only assume that this means that there is some kind of Kernel extension that is either not installed or has been changed by OS 11. I did re-install Virtual Box, with no effect, as well as restarting the machine in case something had not loaded. Does anyone else have this issue, and possibly know how to fix it?

Loads of other people seem to be having this issue, from what I've heard, but I'm not sure anyone has a reliable fix for it.  There's some thread on the virtualbox forums with suggested solutions but they all seem to be very ... variable in terms of success

Have you opened System Preferences and looked at Security & Privacy? I think you enable the VirtualBox's System Expansion there (and probably reboot after that).

Yes actually before you sent that, I figured that. Just allowing it In security worked. The next issue I am having now is no machine can connect to it any longer. No OS X, no System 7, nothing. It shows up in OS X, but there is an error connecting. It no longer even shows up on System6/7 Macs. Something must be broken.
