Seems like a rare 060, but unless you bought it from a sketchy international chip reseller recently it looks legit?

There would be no need to check if an EC is legit. What you would want to check is whether a Rev 6 was really a remarked EC.

Most 68060s can do 75MHz reliably regardless of marking.
