So what the title says. Its from a destroyed 5500/275. I also tried to put a twin turbo pci card from a 8600 in the slot, but same as above... I dont have a battery installed but a similar board boots and gives out video in the same enclosure so I can cross out anything that is outside the LB.
There's a catch.... this is a board that i had to clean out after a bad, bad case of cap juice. And, I recapped it, not noticing a tiny bridge between GND and 3.3V rail. I did try to boot it up but it refused to even turn on the PSU. So I checked the rails... and after a long session with a micro ohmmeter, i found the culprit and reassembled everything. And this is where I'm now... what worries me is that the TwinTurbo does not output video either.
What can I check?
