25 or so vintage Apple II manuals - rescued!

Yes! On September 4th I was over at a basement "yard" sale of ye olde local church, and it had been over for two weeks, so they were going to recycle/ throw out what wasn't sold.

Anyway, I went pawing through the boxes of books, and suddenly a beige 5.25" floppy box loomed out. Sweet, I thought. I thumbed through the disks, which mostly had no labels. One later said "System Master". 8-) Then I went through another 2 or 3, and one said System Master 3.3 8-o Yes! They were Apple II disks! So, I quickly started digging through all the PC/HP printer manuals, and suddenly Apple logo after Apple logo started appearing before my eyes. Anyway, I left with about 25 or so excellent Apple manuals and Apple II books for free!!!! (I left the PC manuals behind for the next guy)

I later looked though them all, and the previous owner amassed most the books around 1983, and he had an Apple II+, plus a Disk ][ drive/controller card, and a 16k Language card. The hardware, unfortunately, is long gone. I talked to someone there and he said he remembers seeing an Apple II there at last year's sale and he thought about buying it, but in the end, no one bought it and it was thrown out. A sad loss, but at least I rescued the manuals.

I know this is a very long shot but I am on a quest. Is it possible for you to scan "The Best of Softside, Apple Edition"? I have the Atari and TRS 80 versions but for some reason, the Apple version doesn't seem to exist anywhere (which is very, very odd).

Thank you for your time,

Kevin Butler
