I'm sorry for the delay posting this up here but as a heads up the forum is not currently sending email. We do know about the error. I'll post updates as I have them.
The forum is still unable to send email, but I have just cleared the spam sign-up queue and, if I did everything correctly, allow newly registered users (since ~October) to sign in.
