Hi folks. Sorry if this has already been discussed before but I recently recapped a Power Mac 7600 Logic board 820-0752-A. I bought a Power Mac 7600 as is, the PSU worked when I plugged it in, at least the disk drive spun up...but there was no video. I read a bunch of posts on various boards...
By load on the power supply I would think HDs would count as a load. In both systems where the PSU refuses to power up but just makes a clicking sound there is a HD connected.
Dang it. Well the other day I had 3 Power Mac chassis with 3 different 614-0039 power supplies...and 3 of them were working. First the one in the 7500 died and started giving the "click click click" when pressing the power button. That's the one I have started recapping in comments above...
