    I found out that the DS3691V chip has a couple pins that hove become disconnected. Is it fixable because the pins are almost impossible to see the break, and would i be able to reflow the solder with a soldering iron? Also if it needs replacing what would I replace it with because I cant find...

    Just a question, I am going over every single component on the board and have found 2 resistors and 1 transistor that are bad, I was wondering if any of the ram chips are actually bad or if they go bad. Because I don't want to throw the parts cannon at the mother board. Thanks!
