I just went through this with the same model. I eventually bought a copy of the DVD that came with it.

I got this working. I think I wasn't holding it long enough. When I hold 0, it eventually chimes a second time, then boots with the card off. The card seems to stay off though reboot unless I repeat with one of the other settings.

I made a 3D-printed brace to support my video card, stacked on top of a Diimo 030. I didn’t like the way it was flopping around. It’s very rigid. Secured with four 1/2” 4-40 nylon machine screws and nuts. I can post the files somewhere if anyone’s interested.

I finally got a chance to try to startup keys, and they don’t work with my card. I thought maybe it was because I have it stacked on top of a Diimo, but I put it in alone and still no luck. Maybe it’s the firmware version or my ROM. Oh well, it’s not important.

Thanks. I got exactly this setup going since I asked the question. What I haven’t worked out as how to deal with moving a lot of files at once. I could stuff them, but it seems that there is no working StuffIt expander for Apple silicon. Seems like I might need a 10-year-old Mac as a bridge.

The logic board is very clean, but there is a suspect area between the PDS connector and ROM. I assume the next step is grabbing the schematics and testing continuity between the connector and other ends of the traces. I have found the routing for the Reloaded boards, but not the original. Is...

I have not had any other PDS cards in this machine. I will pull the logic board in the morning and give it a more thorough inspection. I have been corresponding with the seller, who has been very helpful and accommodating, and I'm starting to believe it is likely the logic board.

The vendor, yachtandsea-jp, has excellent feedback and the board I received is definitely the one in the photos. There is a spot where the solder mask was scratched off by someone inserting on the wrong side of the support tabs in the SE30. The traces look ok, but I'll start checking continuity.
