Just powered it up.. this thing is FAST! And it runs OpenWRT, so we know the software is good.  Advanced settings is a whole different config portal.. with a great warning message. It connected to my wifi in seconds and I'm posting this now via its connection.

Ok, so after a few more attempts I was able to get it to work.. Not sure what went wrong in the first place since it worked on another computer without changing any settings!

Interesting. It seems to work for me, but it looks like there's a javascript or something that loads the items up. Can you check and see if you have an adblocker or something that may be preventing javascript from running? The way it loads looks a bit like a popup blocker ay flag it.. 

@ants The icons look great! @joethezombie Weird mine doesn't work then with my MacCon. I'll have to take it out and see if resetting it works. I do know that it was properly connected to my WiFi.. Hmm. The VM300 is quite flaky, I'm going to see if there's an OpenWRT route we can do as well...

Ohhh, this looks promising. I had looked at openWRT as an option. Good idea to look through their website. And yeah, my Netgear ProSafe switch will automatically connect to the MacCon without a hitch. It will even automatically go to 10Mbps
