I was trying to use adt pro with my apple 2c It all went well till i tryed to format the disk. It just kept grinding and grinding until finally i turned it off. Whats the problem??

I tested it and i heard the motor running but then it ejected it so i tried again and it starting blinking a floppy disk with an x in the middle.

It was the 97th made on the 9th week

I finnaly got it out of the floppy disk cage and there is a sticker on it that says january 1984

I noticed there was a cut in the cable so i got a new cable and now it works. Silly me I never noticed it.
