Hello MLAers! We've re-enabled auto-approval for accounts. If you are still waiting on account approval, please check this thread for more information.
You can get to your PMs through the link in the light blue box at the top of the page – it will say something like "x new messages". As for posts, what do you mean? If you're looking for a specific user's posts, go to their profile and click the link that says "Search user’s posts" in the bottom...
Quite possibly. I'll look into having the option to change it on a user by user basis. I have to say, I actually prefer it now that I've got used to it. The (mostly) irrelevant details are kept out of the way on the right hand side, letting the main body of the post take precedence...
In case you haven't noticed, we've upgraded the forums to phpBB3. Quite a lot has changed, so feel free to have a look around and see what's new. There could well be bugs cropping up with the new system, so please report them in the Bug Tracker:

The iBook G4 speakers are passable... but they're not that great. I couldn't see myself listening to music on them for any significant period of time. But then again, I am a bit of a closet audiophile. A set of speakers would certainly help things significantly. The only thing to consider is...
I guessed as much!
Well the offer stands. Even if you just want a dedicated forum to do development/support/etc in then I can easily add one (similar to the Retrochallenge and Wiki forums). Let of know [:)] ]'>
There's always space on the MLA server for things like this too... Would be cool to have some more projects hosted here. I don't see the System 6 community burning through 100GB of bandwidth too quickly though [;)] ]'>
I considered this when we first started the Wiki. Unfortunately MediaWiki doesn't support the same range of characters in usernames as phpBB. Hence any users that had characters in their phpBB usernames that were unsupported wouldn't be able to log in to the Wiki. Without mass renaming people on...
