    Delicious tangerine!

A rather fruity bouquet, with raspberry and chocolate notes and just a hint of burley tobacco. Excellent now or can be cellared for up to 3 years. What's a dryer sheet?

    Delicious tangerine!

It's a series of microchips installed in the computer which provide fast access to currently loaded data. Sorry, couldn't resist. ;D I don't actually know, I didn't bother to look when I had it on. It was fast so presumably more than the factory 32 megs.

    Delicious tangerine!

I like the original blue personally, but you can't have everything. :)

    Delicious tangerine!

Well, it works - has 8.6 on it. Was from a Real Estate agent, decommissioned in 2003. It actually feels faster than my dual core Mini so I can imagine how amazing the G3s were in their day. Like stepping back in time ;D

    Username change.

Gah! Who were you previously? Now you've gone and confused us all.

    Delicious tangerine!

It wasn't soaked - I think it had just been raining lightly, so I'll give it another couple of days before I switch it on.

    Delicious tangerine!

I found this at the side of the road during the hard rubbish collection: ;D http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/940/imac1cy6.jpg It's a 266 mhz, the sticker on it says it came with an 8 gig hard disk and 32 megs (!!!) of RAM. And I'm supposed to be shedding junk before I go overseas, not...

    Delicious Watermelon!

If you put brown sugar in a watermelon or marrow and leave it for about a month, the result will be a strong liquid very similar to rum. ;D

    The annual 68kMLA whip-round...

PayPal is more like PayninthearsePal sometimes. For a while my sending limit was the rather arbitrary $65.60, and once I'd spent all of that, it wouldn't let me send anything for about 3 months. Don't they want to rip me off or something??! Then recently my sending limit went up to $6,000...

    The annual 68kMLA whip-round...

Money money money! It's all everyone wants from me these days! "Dear sir, please pay now or we'll disconnect your electricity"..."Renew your ambulance subscription today"..."Dad, I've been charged with trafficking heroin in Bali, can you come and pay my bail or I'll face the firing squad?"...

    Any native HyperTalk speakers?

Not all homosexuals conform to the stereotype, you know. Take Julian Clary for example: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51E217EDJTL._SL500_AA280_.jpg Now there's a man you can imagine skulling pints of Foster's and swearing at football umpires.

Not computer related at all, but....

I just had a look at your flickr site, Blake. Excellent work mate! I wish I could shoot photos like that. ;D

    Any native HyperTalk speakers?

Thanks :) Although I think if I'm going to go to the trouble of learning something properly, it might as well be the more powerful programme. Those books are hard to find here anyway, though I did find a book for a dollar from '95 called "Macworld secrets of the Mac" or something. ;D Gee...

    Any native HyperTalk speakers?

Not to worry, I think I'm asking it to do the impossible anyway. I'd be better off making this programme in Realbasic. I hope it's not too hard for a stupid person to learn.

    Any native HyperTalk speakers?

Who'd have thought on this forum you can find out how to transport a canoe by bike but not how to code in HyperTalk, haha. ;D
