Hi. Hope all are safe.  I have forgotten my password as it has been a long time since I needed to use it. I wish  to reset my password in OS8.6 on my Powerbook540c. I am using AppleTalk to connect my 'new' Powerbook 1400c to the 540c.  How can I reset my password please?

Hello. How can I see the PowerBook 1400c/166 battery percentage?  I have a charging signal icon but no percentage.  The Control Strip does not show any movement. I guess the battery is not charging ... or holding its charge?

It works - I can use a PowerBook G3 Lombard power plug on the PowerBook 1400c  bw:)

Hi. Can someone tell me if I can use a PowerBook G3 Lombard power plug on the PowerBook 1400c? From the pictures it looks like it will fit but I am unsure. I have the Lombard power cable/plug but not the 1400c yet so I cannot physically try. Thank you. Michael

I bought the TP_LINK mini router and it works a treat with my clamshell iBook. The set up was straightforward as per instructions. I am now connected to my  WiFi via the LAN cable from iBook to mini router. Explorer works in OS 9.2. Netscape works in OSX 10.4.11. Of course not all web pages load...

Terrific! I have just ordered the small WiFi bridge. I will let you know how I get along :-)
