    My Latest ...

mcdermd, those holes look almost like an old analog-phone dialing plate! Very nice find. Almost an good idea to keep it as it is, an exsample of hot-rodded hobby machine from early 80's. If you want to go the restore-way, that lid you can find from ebay, sometimes they pop up without the logo...

    G5 Powermac, G4 iMac

The G5 was given to a friend for some basic photoshop/editing use. The G4 733 i once gave him, was a little bit of.. slow. He'll get bit more used to Mac's now. Luckily he should have some RAM to add to this one and i'll give him a bag of RAM -modules to try on.

Apple ][ europlus, Lisa software, IIsi, Outbound

How can i forget, the Apple ][ europlus did output PAL from internal connector but monocrome only. For color, the PAL-encoder card was needed. For time being, i might not get color output from the Philips monitor, wich i got for IIgs (cable hack on the way) as the IIe did not either.

Apple ][ europlus, Lisa software, IIsi, Outbound

Let's see if i can have the Outbound to boot up, need power adapter for it. Got two power adapters but either one looks original, need to check what it needs. No floppy drive. Would be cool to look inside. This baby needs original ROM from Macintosh Plus. The ][ europlus do not have an PAL...

I have the 2x2.8QC as well (early 2008) and it's still "wicked fast" even with 4GB RAM only, really nice daily driver running 10.8 just well, could only use +4GB more RAM wich i just haven't got around upgrading.
