    You are going to have trouble getting a red piece of film paper to show an actual red. Look in Pro lighting stores for a red gel since those are meant for bright light shown through it to produce red. It may cost a touch more but I think it'd be worth it.

    PC66-133 will work, just the 66 stuff will downclock the bus speed to the 66mhz that the memory can handle. Other than that you'll be ok.

    Why are we worried about a chunk of green plastic? These machines were built for as many hard drives as their are plugs. The cooling systems on these machines are fine. As long as the machine doesn't reach 150F+ then you're ok.

    iMac DV 2000

    Use it as a satellite machine. Dump your music library on one machine and set the iMac in another room. You could also get the iTunes directory and put it on your iMac and then just point the folder where the music is stored to the shared folder its in. It's much faster this way.
