It fit with clearance when I did it. How are you mounting it? Also note there are about four LC PSU designs and they have slightly different case designs.
Have you checked what the heatsinks are tied to? If they're grounded there is no issue anyway. Have you made sure to tie the PSU ground to the enclosure?
Mine is the Dyna Comp one, so I'm using the 3D printed bracket that sits inside, and the fit is extremely tight. The two heatsinks, according to the RPT-60 datasheet, should never have continuity, and that was actually how I blew one of the safety fuses when I first tried running it with the lid on. I tried covering the inside of the lid in electrical tape as a temporary test, but even the sides of it were able to short the smaller heatsink to ground, and almost blew something up.
