Finding a Replacement SE/30 Brightness Pot

Nothing new here, my brightness pot has rusted away and the metal parts have disintegrated.

There's a post from 2021 regarding this, but maybe something's changed in the last five years?

Any help? Thanks!
 
Heh. Another question, how do I possibly remove the metal bit from the actual plastic itself?IMG_8274.JPG

posssibly it’s stuck in with corrosion usually pops out easily. A squirt of WD40 and maybe lever it out using something that doesn’t damage the plastic
 
Ah! I figured something like that was the case. You wouldn't happen to have any insight on a replacement pot would you...
